It's been a while...

Seems to be a recurrent theme in my blogging efforts of late. My other blog Prairie Girl Knits has been suffering a similar fate.

I should really kick it up a notch, but can't seem to make the leap from thinking I should up the content to actually doing something about it. Could be that there's a few other things on my mind lately. (Two more weeks of work until my mat leave begins, four weeks till my due date .... EEEK! Slight sense of hysteria setting in as I type!)

Anyways - this week's lesson for Library 2.0 has been quite fun! We started out with an activity that had us thinking about our must have favourite summer party songs. Then we had to enter it into Google Docs. It was great seeing other people's choices and I added two of my own. Molly and Michael (Johnson and Buble by the way) are two of my all time summer favourites. Molly's CD "Another Day" starts out with the track Summertime. Those first few notes start and my mind goes immediately to sitting on a patio, crisp glass of white wine in my hand, the sultry heat of a summer night and good conversation. Ah... there's nothing better! Michael Buble's first CD (at least I think it was his first - don't quote me on that), which was self titled has the track Summerwind on it. Perfect summertime on the patio music. I'm telling you. There really is nothing better!

Tomorrow I'll try out some of the other sites that were mentioned in our lesson! There's some really interesting/fun looking ones! I'll try to keep you posted - just not going to make any promises I might not keep...
